cs keyboard shortcuts
Went to shortcut presets to find one for feather. There were two. Opt+com+D brings the dock up. I deleted that and went with shift+F6. This did nothing. I added fn to the shift F6. This flipped the selection horizontally. Went back to preset mgr. There is no shortcut for flip hor. What am I doing wrong? I have a mac osx 10.3.2

System preferences/Keyboard & Mouse/Keyboard Shortcuts:
At the bottom of the list, UNcheck "Automatically hide and show Dock".
