CS placed tif @ 23.622% instead of 100%

Hi, I am having this problem also, this is an issue for those of us who need to send out art to vendors, I have not found a fix or an appropriate answer to why they would change this function. Illustrator never did this before so who does this help anyway!

Hey,

I've the same problem with linked files as wel as with embedded files.
No matter they're jpg or eps.

I Hope somebody has a solution or workaround.
