Default CS - Save As: EPS - Dialog Corrupted

I'm trying to Save As an EPS on Windows 2000, but when the EPS properties dialog comes up, there's no text in it and two tiny little buttons in the upper right corner that don't say anything, but they're the OK and cancel buttons. It seems to be corrupted and I didn't find anything about it in the forums. As a matter of fact, no matter what I try to save as, I have the same problem. Help!
