Default CS - where did formats -> other go, to read .CMX files?

I have som clipart cds from Corel and the files are .cmx.
I used to be able to open them in Illustrator as fully editable vector-files, but it required a plug-in called " Image Stream Filter" to be put into the plug-ins folder in a folder called Illustrator
formats-other, and also a folder called PPC with a lot of files in it (I guess it was the one called "IMCMX2.FLT" that did the trick).
It worked on OS 9 in all Illustrator versions up to 9.

Now I changed to MacOSX and CS, and the plug-in is not compatible and I can't import the .cmx files ...

Does anybody know what to do?

    Thanx,

    S. :)

Import in to v9 and save as an AI file then open in CS.

I would think that would work as AI 9 will launch in classic.
