Default CS2 Button Rollover options "On Blur / On Focus"

I'm trying to learn more about the interactive aspects of the program. And I'm stumped when it comes to these 2 events listed for button options. I understand Mouse Up/Down/Enter/Exit. But can anyone tell me what "On Focus" and "On Blur" mean, and how they work?

    Thanks!

You can switch the focus of interactive form elements in Acrobat using the tab key without resorting to moving the mouse.
On Focus is the same as Mouse In (but using the keyboard) and On Blur is the same as Mouse Out.
