CS2 takes a very long time to delete my unused color swatches - Adobe Illustrator Windows

To shrink file size, and to keep all of my used swatches next to each other I will typically delete any unused swatches. In V.10 they would delete in a matter of a couple seconds. In CS2 it takes about 2 minutes. Any ideas why? TIA, Dean...

Are these wristswatches or pocketswatches? Pocketswatches are frequently slow.

You see, thats the confusing part. I have wristswatches. They should be fast.

Don't forget to shake your wrist every so often to wind them up!

But 10 has that awful problem with having to delete your font .lst files all the time.

Oh, I have never tried that; nor have I ever had the AIPrefs corrupt on me (and I have never been tempted to drop a brown thing/paddle in the lake).

I have the strong impression that at least from 8 on, the even versions have been much more stable than the odd ones. But that ought to change with the lucky number, 13 (I know you have to work on it, Teri, but it is so nice to have you here).
