CSS and creating a txt link which changes colour - Macromedia Dreamweaver

Hi, Ok I've created a style sheet called "bluelink" this works fine and the choosen txt changes colour. My problem is when the link is unactive it have no style sheet so therefore it is brillant blue and underlined. How do I controll this style? Here's the code below.     Hi,
