CSS dropdown suddenly don't work in IE

Hello,
Courtesy of Eric Meyer, I created an all-CSS dropdown nav bar, including an
HTC file to make it go in IE. And it worked beautifully in all the browsers I
could find (except for macIE, of course), until I moved the HTML, CSS, and HTC
files into a different folder (yes, I updated the links) and turned the HTML
file into a template. Now the menus no longer drop down in IE 6.0 but still
work in Firefox and Netscape. What the...?
