CSS is different sizes - Macromedia Dreamweaver

I am definately going crazy. I have 3 styles, in an empty doc. (I will attatch at bottom) The three styles are exactly identical except color, but they render different sizes. I thought it might be a reserved word issue, so I changed the names, no good. The first one renders about 14pt, the others render 11pt. Anyone have an idea? <html> <head> <title>Untitled Doent</title> <style type="text/css"> <!-- ..BodyPlain{ font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000; font-size: 15pt; } ..BodyPlainGrey{ font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; COLOR:#999999; font-size: 15px; } ..Rollover { font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #993300; font-size: 15px; } --> </style> ...

You have used pixels for the last two and points for the first. Don't use
    points on the web.

    Vin-e,

make all sizes in either points or pixels. You've them mixed.

    Yes.

The answer is that in the first class you defined the font size in points and in the second two you defined the font size in pixels.

If you make them all consistent then they will be the same, but as it is there is a valid reason that they are different since points and pixels are different.

    Hope that helps.

Here is a page w/ font size differences so you can compare them all:
    http://www.dimadesign.net/stuff/links.html

But never use pts for the web, they are strictly for print.
