Default CSS layout help

Hello, all. I have a page here with some placeholder text in it:
http://student.uncw.edu/org/bahaiclub/. The problem is with the #links <div>
on the left (with "Aut odit aut..." text in it); it needs to end about 7px
above the the footer area (which contains text "Lorem ipsum...") or connect
to it. Is this possible? Thanks.

Thanks, Murray. I didn't realize the main Dreamweaver group could handle CSS
questions. I hope users won't consider it double-posting if I post to the
main Dreamweaver group on this issue. I know double-posting is very
annoying. Thanks again.
