CSS - Making content margins work for me
Hello.
I'm building a page that should fill the width of my browser window, with 3
pixels of space at the top, left, and right.
If I use a simple:
body {
margin: 3px;
}
#container {
width: 100%;
background-color: #99CC00;
}
All browsers put more than 3 pixels at the top of the page.
