css tags have stopped working

Up until Thursday, my css tags worked. Today they don't. Since Thursday I have
loaded no new programs but have uploaded a couple of Microsoft updates. After I
upload the file to the web, I view it on several computers. The file looks
perfect on the computer on which I created it, but all my formatting is gone
and just the text remains.when I view it on the other computers. I am using
only Arial and Times New Roman for font tags. I removed all css tags and
formatted the text in Arial and Times New Roman without tags and everything
worked. I reinserted the css tags, and all the text reverted to Times New Roman
without formatting. I deleted the entire file and redid it. Same problem. I
checked the code but could find nothing that might cause this problem. Finally,
I created an entirely new file with a white background and a single world of
black text. As long as I don't use any css tags, it looks the same from
computer to computer; but as soon as I insert a css tag telling the font to be
Arial, the formatting is picked up on the originating computer but not the
others. The last bit of information: the original file has 7 KB, but the file
that transfers comes up with only 1 KB. Has anyone else run into this problem
and if so, what magic did you use to fix it? Thank you for your time.

Yup. Turns out that prior to uploading the entire site, I accidentally changed
my Templates folder to my templates folder without changing it in the CSS. Over
5 hours of looking at code and validators, only to find out that a
case-sensitive error tripped me up. I'm just happy to be done with it....for
now.
