Ctrl + Shift + F9 ????
Hi,
I'm working in visual studio under vista, after debugging my app i press
ctrl+shift+F9 to remove all breakpoints.
Only vista acts weird when doing this ... get black screen for 1-2 seconds
and then my glass effect is gone :(
Can this be turned off???

Re: Ctrl + Shift + F9 ????
Yeh, if you press Ctrl+Shift+F9 again, it'll turn Glass back on :o) The only
way to get rid of it, is to disable the Themes service, or switch back to
Windows Classic - it sucks I know, but that's the way that Vista crumbles
;o)

Thanks for that really useful short cut :)
I know there was a shortcut for glass but I was unsure what it was :)
sorry if this is not much help, I do feel you pain with not having a short
cut key available .

Re: Ctrl + Shift + F9 ????
I found this out too by exactly what you did when I was debugging a program.
I think if Visual Studio has focus then you should be able to use this
shortcut command and not turn on/off glass in Vista. We should file a bug on
this.

Re: Ctrl + Shift + F9 ????
Using the keys to turn Glass on and off, it's still a bit buggy on 5308,
probably because Aero Glass is a bit buggy in general. I have a maximised
window (black title bar) and a movable smaller window in front. I can move
the smaller window and sometimes see the background wallpaper in the title
bar... even though a window is behind it therefore blocking it... now I've
bugged it, but I really don't understand why or how it happens, because in
5270, the Glass worked fine! But yeh, sometimes the Sidebar doesn't click on
or the taskbar is still blocky when the Ctrl + Shift + F9 is pressed.
Can anyone else repro?
