Custom print settings won't work
I am printing on 13x16 inch paper. In page setup photoshop ignores the custom settings when I specify my Epson 1280 printer. It will print 11x17 or 8.5x11.

That sounds similar to something we're seeing with recent Epson drivers - especially on the 2200 (@$@#% roll paper doesn't work!).
But I'm not having problems printing to my 1280 at A3 (11.7 x 16.5 inch).
