Customizable Sample Sizes for Eyedropper Tool
An "Other" option added to the "Point Size, 3 by 3 average, 5 by 5 average" settings. This would allow sampling of larger areas of an image. The Eyedropper Icon could include an optional setting that outlines the sampled region, similar to the way a brushes icon reflects it's size.
