Re: cutting items in a PDF
You might want to try the TOUCH-UP OBJECT TOOL - but you'll have to test
to see if erasing content will then allow the image to be replaced back
into Acrobat from Photoshop.
Otherwise, download the Enfocus Pitstop application and extract the
image, re-adjst and REPLACE into the existing image with the correct
co-ordinates ....
