D11 is released - when will SWplayer 11 be released

D11 is available;

but according to [url]http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/[/url]
SW is only 10.2.0.023;

any knowledge about the SW11 release ( QUESTION SW11 will work on macintels??)

Shockwave 11 has now been released, but only the 2 exe installers, msi still missing.

aren't the .exe's all that is necessary for installation?

who would require a .msi?

You can install it either way, but i prefer to use MSI packages as they are
easy alterd by creating a MST (transform file) and then deploy it via SMS
(Systems Management Server).
You may also distriubute the software via AD Software Deployment if you use
MSI packages.

It also easy to uninstall them by just sending a command line by SMS to the
computer, like msiexec /x {PRODUCT_ID}.
