Dart Motif

I am trying to design ads with expanded rollover buttons. I have found Dart
Motif and the tools are great and easy to use for designing, but it doesn't
seem to allow me to actually publish my own SWFs, rather create MTF files that
work exclusively with Dart Motif. Are there other tools or tutorials out there
that discuss creating ads that expand on rollover or should I be using Dart
Motif with what kind of expectations? Any help would be appreciated.

You could make these types of ads yourself using layers and flash with
transparent backgrounds, but the page it ends up in has to be under your
control. In other words, it's not just Flash, it's a combination of layers,
flash, and sometimes javascript that is dynamically written by the company
that the page owner contracts to place the ads.
