Data from stroed procedure to Cursor - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

Hi, Please help me if it is possible to put data received from existing stored procedure into the cursor. I can not redefine that stored procedure to use cursor output variable. Thanks in advance, Aleksander Kaczmarek...

You can store the results of the EXEC in a temp table and then open a cursor on that. I'd really look at alternatives to the cursor, however.

A better option would be to spool the output of the procedure into a
temporary table and work off that. So, for example, you can write code like:

-- Table structure needs to map to what the stored procedure outputs
CREATE TABLE #Table (colA INT, colB INT)
    INSERT INTO #Table EXEC yourProcedure
-- Work with the temporary table
    DROP TABLE #Table
