data type = <empty> - Macromedia Flash Data Integration

Hi All, In developing the bindings to access my MS Access database, I am trying to the data type for one of my fields to <empty> (as per the example I am following) but this option is not available in the dropdown box which lets you select the data type for the field in question. How then do go about setting the data type to <empty>? Default data type = <empty>

    Hi All,

In developing the bindings to access my MS Access database, I am trying to the
data type for one of my fields to <empty> (as per the example I am following)
but this option is not available in the dropdown box which lets you select the
data type for the field in question.

How then do go about setting the data type to <empty>?

This is very confusing because if you can set a data type to <empty>, you
would assume it would be a selectable option in the data type dropdown box!?
Anyway, some advice here would be much appreciated, as always!

    Thanks.

The scheme exemple you see is generated by importing XML schema of an external
XML file. You can import the file by clicking the button on Schema panel of XML
Connector. The button looks like a doent with an arrow pointing down on the
upper right side of the panel.

No need a build a schema from the scratch. It maps as you did for the XML
    file.

    Nice to know.
