Database driven calendar in DMX and Coldfusion MX 7
Hi
I am currently trying to design a room booking system for a school intranet. I
have an input page, database and output page that all work correcly. At the
moment the output page is just a table that lists all of the records, what I
need is for the rrecords to be placed, according to date, in a calendar- this
makes it more clear to see where there are bookings.
My access database has the following fields;
Teacher
RoomNo
Date
Period
My database connection is working perfectly as I am able to insert, and
retrieve data ok. All I need is a dynamic calander that will show bookings each
day, including teacher, room no, period.
Any ideas would be a great help!

Re: Database driven calendar in DMX and Coldfusion MX 7
I have a commercial calendar available on my website
(http://www.webtricks.com/applications/calendar.cfm) that displays a graphical
view of a month at a time. It doesn't have all the fields you want, but as the
pages are unencrypted and commented well, modifications should not be a problem.
