Database inquiry
I just started using dreamweaver and now I have a client who wants a newsletter
and registration capabilities on their site. Can anyone give me any database
suggestions and how I should go about putting it on their site. I'm just
starting out and is still getting familiar with database concepts. Are their
any templates out there I can use or step by step illustrations to develope it?
I'd gladly appreciate it if someone can help me out.:clock;

Re: Database inquiry
The database design depends upon your requirements. I suggest that you have
a look through the tutorials on the MM Site especially the sample
applications.

Re: Database inquiry
My client needs to send enewsletters and register them. Maybe register members for events too. That's pretty much it.

Re: Database inquiry
Well, I?d suggest to use an existing web application for this, which will work
'out of the box'. What I?ve tried, and what actually offers you probably all
the features (e.g. extremely secure and hassle-free registration procedure,
HTML & Text Mailings, users can manage their own accounts, statistics etc
etc etc) you?ll ever need, is MXNewsletter from InterAKT -- better have a look
at their site :
