DB2 join - IBM DB2

Hi I have the following Oracle query and needs to be re-written in DB2. Seems DB2 doesn't support OUTER JOIN symbols like (+). Can anyone help me.. SELECT A.FIELD_VALUE, B.FIELD_VALUE FROM TABLEA A, TABLEB B WHERE (A.FIELD_NAME='Test') AND B.FIELD_NAME (+) = A.REF Thanks...

    Default DB2 join

    Hi

    I have the following Oracle query and needs to be re-written in DB2.
    Seems DB2 doesn't support OUTER JOIN symbols like (+). Can anyone help
    me..

    SELECT A.FIELD_VALUE, B.FIELD_VALUE FROM TABLEA A, TABLEB B WHERE
    (A.FIELD_NAME='Test') AND B.FIELD_NAME (+) = A.REF

    (+) is Oracle-specific syntax (and it is being phased out as of
    version 9 already). DB2 supports the standard SQL join syntax (LEFT
    [OUTER] JOIN, RIGHT [OUTER] JOIN, INNER JOIN, etc.).
