MSDE is a equevelant of the more powerfull SQL Server.
Therefore looking for tables and storedprocedures in Access (=oledb) is not
    wath you aspect
    to do.

Default DBs and SPs in MSDE installation

Hi, I posted this two days ago at msde group but got no response.

I installed msde 2000 on my W2k SP4 system but I can't see the tables and
stored procedures from within Access db projects, and the stored procedures
from VID 6.0 projects (here I see tables). I have installed and reinstalled
MSDE a few times for no avail. I cannot start a new project to create a new
db. Please respond if this is some known issue.

    Thank you.

There must be a permissions issue. Do you have Enterprise Manager? If not,
post back on the msde group and ask for an msde management tool. There are
    several out there.
