Decent (free) templates for non-profit/personal use

After spending an hour or so looking on the net for web templates for
use with Dreamweaver, I have come up with nothing. (Er... actually
really bad templates for free!) :-(
There is normally the pages that just list the same old sites. Even some
of the pay templates are ghastly!

Can anyone please recommend a site that allows you to use DW templates
for free if it is for personal/non-profit use.

I have had a look at [url]www.r7designer.com[/url] and found that they have some
nice ones - but not what my boss wants me to use. Need something a bit
up to date, yet clean and not too cluttered.
