Default Directory for File/Open on Acrobat Pro 6.0.1 - Adobe Acrobat Windows

Hi, Can anyone tell me how to set the Default Directory that Acrobat Professional 6.0.1 uses for File Open, I have found that Acrobat.exe looks at the Explorer MRU list in the registry, but I can't believe there isn't a way to specify it in Acrobat's reg key's, anyone ? My spec: Windows 2000 SP4 Acrobat Professional 6.0.1 ..Tony....

Believe it. Acrobat does not set a default, so the Windows default is
used. Windows 2000 will tend to use My Doents, while Windows XP may
(or may not) remembewr the last one used.

Well that's a first, I've never come across an app that doesn’t allow a default dir to be set !
Guess I'll have to invoke a .reg file to set the MRU then, and hope my users don't mind having to start from the same location each time :-(

    Thanks for the reply, .Tony.

I think the ONLY apps on my system that support that are Microsoft
Office apps. I don't think I've ever encountered any others that do...
