Default document window location
This might be a silly question, but I just can't find the solution. I have to ask.
Whenever I create a new document, my nicely arranged workspace loads fine, except that the document window is at a wrong place, I have to replace and resize it manually so that it fits into the available space without empty gaps or being overlapped on either side.
I know there should be a way to determine the position and size of the document window but I just can't find it. I tried to create, save and load a new workspace and the usual setting procedure for document defaults, to no avail.
Please enlighten me, any help is appreciated.
