I am using PS7 with Win98. How can I set the default folder for the file browser for opening files? Not the built in file browser, but the dialog that opens when you press CTRL+O.

Put a shortcut to the directory you wish to open into Photoshop's default directory. Then when you use the open dialog, you can simply double-click on the shortcut to go straight to your preferred directory.
