Well, you have the Cloaking Options (site>manage>modify>cloacking) where you can>synchronized to the production server. Is there a way to define what file

exclude certain types of files...but not permit only certain type of files. I
guess you would have to add a whole bunch of extensions in the list.
I'm not aware of any other trick.
