Delay loading video

When I test my flash movie using "Ctrl" + "Enter" it connects and when I select
users to see their video it loads almost instantly.

Then when I upload the published .swf to the server it take 10-30 seconds to
load their videos.

Either way both movies are the same and are using the same Flash Comm Server
and application instance. I understand the Flash movie plays inside the
browser on the local machine it seems like testing it using control enter and
in the browser should be the same. Everything else is identical except it
takes 3-4 times as long for the videos to start to play when viewing the movie
in a web page as it does when testing locally.

Does that have something to do with proxy servers, the domain name resolving
to the ip address of the flash comm server when sent from a domain name. If I
could get the video to load as fast on the server as when testing the flash
file it would be like night and day when it comes to how fast it will load a
published stream.

I think the problem has something to do with Flash's built in security settings and accessing information across domains.
