How do I delete something from my Clipboard because I cannot to be able too? Can siomeone please help me figure this out?

Within PhotoShop, simply Edit/Purge/Clipboard
In Windows, open Clipboard Viewer and delete.

Andy,
Do you really need to delete something? I mean whatever is there is overwritten the next time you copy something. If you have copied something large and it has tied up a significant amount of your system resources, just highlite, for example, one letter, hit Copy and the stored data on the clipboard is so negligible as to be nearly nonexistent. Within PSE, Edit>Purge>All.
