Deleting a PDF - inconsistency
Hi,
We are using Contribute 3.11 and Adobe Acrobat Professional v6.
We have an inconsistency between something we are trying to do on one user's
machine with another user's machine. Both machines have the same versions of
Acrobat Professional and Contribute.
The task we are trying to do is to delete a PDF from the server.
One one machine this works fine by going to CHOOSE - then navigating to the
folder with the PDF in it and then deleting it by selecting FILE - ACTIONS -
DELETE PAGE.
On the other machine however when we select CHOOSE and select the PDF -
instead of opening the PDF within the Contribute environment and aloowing us to
delete it, instead it opens it in Acrobat Professional leaving us outwith the
Contribute environment and unable to complete the delete process.
Can anybody help with this?
Thanks
Graham
