Deleting cross-references in InDesign's index
Hi,
I'm running XP, working with InDesign CS 3.0.1. For some reason I can't delete cross-references. I have tried selecting the entry in the Preview window, clicking the Delete Cross-Reference command in the Index palette, hitting Delete, clicking the trash can icon, etc. I can't find anything in the help beyond these things--not sure if this is a bug or user error, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
