It seems like your first response is correct, though I do not see any way in the Batch command to accomplish this. An example of what I want to accomplish. In the City field there are about 4 cities I use repeatedly and they have added themselves to the popup window next to the City box in File Info after I have entered them the first time manually. There are also about 3 misspellings of those same cities I had typed into the box and hit OK before I checked my self. These misspelled words always appear there. It is more of an annoyance that a problem, but I would like to be able to delete these words.
