Deleting Pages
Is there any way to permit users to delete pages on the site? They create
pages, but then require me to FTP in and manually delete pages they want
deleted. Are there any permissions I can grant them so they can delete their
own pages?

For V2 the user can open the page for editing, then choose 'Delete' from the 'File' menu.
