deleting swatches crashed IDCS2-can't reopen file
Hi
Can anyone explain to me why this would happen. I was experimenting with a lot of different colors, finally came down to the 3-4 that I'm using, deleted unused swatches -- at which point the program crashed. And now I get a message that the file is damaged and cannot be recovered. I still have an ~xxxx file showing up on top of the folder list of files. I've already tried converting to INX but no success. Anything else I can do? Any clues as to what went wrong? I have intermediary files that I've saved but I'll have to rebuild quite a bit too.
This is an urgent job that needs to go out today, so would appreciate input from anyone with answers.
thanks,
scarlett
