Default ??? Deploy the supporting files to your Site's RootDirectory???

This is my first dynamic site. I am following a Sean Nicholson book,
Dreamweaver and databases. Everything ok until now. Book says "The last
step you need to take in creating your ASP.NeT site is to deploy the
suppoorting files to your site's root directory. To do this, choose
Site, Advanced, Deploy Supporting Files from the menu bar. Next, choose
    Local\Network and the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\KrystalClear-ASP\bin folder
and click Deploy. This process creates a bin folder in your site
directory that allows the server behaviors to function properly." I
have dreamweaver 8. There is no Deploy option on the site menu bar. I
have read the Dreamweaver manual regarding ASP.net and there is no
mention of this. The online search at Macromedia only describes the
process in Dreamweaver MX 2004 and MX. How do you accomplish this in
Dreamweaver 8 so it is done automatically instead of copying the dll's
manually and pasting them in the bin folder?
