If you've got a little code-savvy, you can directly modify the statii
yourself - they're defined on line 28 of Design Notes.htm in the
"Configuration/Commands" folder (from your DWMX installation
directory).
Strong advice: *always* make a backup copy beforehand of any DW
configuration files you intend to modify! After all, this is
application code- better safe than sorry.

would guess you would have to make the Exact Same modifications in that file
for each designer's workstation, so that they have the same categories of
STATUS choices in their Design Notes dialog box.
Yep- good call, Alan. I personally tweaked those values for my own use, but if you're in a distributed environment you'll want to make sure everyone in the workgroup has the same status values to work from....

I actually found the settings in two files:
Design Notes.htm
DesignNotesMultiFile.htm
Should I change them both?
