Design Time Styles Not Applied to New Pages
When Contribute 4 publishers create new pages based on existing pages on my
websites, design time style sheets that I have defined in Dreamweaver (7.0.1)
do not get applied.
When I check the new page from within Dreamweaver, I see that design time
style sheet options are in fact there as I has specified.
Weird isn't it? I've checked the .mno files as well, and the appropriate
values are there.
Anyone have any ideas?

Contribute Edit view, but in others, nothing...
