Destroying models... - Macromedia Director 3D

Hello, I'm making a game for a class and need some help. What I'm doing is making a 2D side scroller that is technically 3D. I'm doing this because it's the guidelines of the project. What we've been learning for the past 9 weeks has been shockwave 3D in Director, using lingo and such. Default Destroying models...

Hello, I'm making a game for a class and need some help.

What I'm doing is making a 2D side scroller that is technically 3D. I'm doing
this because it's the guidelines of the project. What we've been learning for
the past 9 weeks has been shockwave 3D in Director, using lingo and such.
Making a side scrolling game interested me a lot more, so I'm doing what I can
to make this game.

I'm at a point now where I have a "level" randomly made. I want it to be
deleted after the user navigates through it, and than on the fly the next
level be randomly generated. I'd make it all at once but it's to much for the
computer to handle.

To get a better understanding of what I'm doing, here's a version I have
uploaded. www.nick.shrines.org/school/MM236/final-test-04.htm

All i REALLY need to know is how to correctly destroy / erase a model. I can't
figure it out at all.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! thank you very much!

i forgot to mention, it might help to know how i'm making the primitives.

repeat with i = 1 to 75
createplane("lvl1-bpipe-" & i, 50,10, rgb("ffffff"))
end repeat

there's more to it, but i got ride of the unneeded bits.

-- Permanently
member("scene").deleteModel("modelName")
or
member("scene").deleteModel(modelIndex)

or

-- Temporarily
member("scene").model("modelName").removeFromWorld ()

Also check addToWorld() and isInWorld()

Cheers,
Karl.
