Determine which CD a package is on?

Default Determine which CD a package is on?

Is there any master index that tells me which Solaris CD a particular
package is on? It'd like to search by either Software name "Solstice
    disksuite", or Package name "SUNWmdg".

Ideally, I'd like the location of such an index online, to save me some
    CD-swapping.

    Thanks in advance.

I search for the package name in docs.sun.com. It will usually show in some
document where you can see if it is on CD1 or CD2. OK, it is not easy and
    not automated ...

It sounds like there's no perfect solution out there, but this will have to
    do.

The above is meant for Solaris 8. Good luck.
