Developer Toolbox Question: contact form with Captcha

Hi,

Are there any on line tutorials which instruct on how to create an email
contact us form with captcha? EIther video or text? If so where could I find
it - them?

I'm just looking to create a basic email contact form that does not require
MySQL database connection, so that I can get it up on site quickly. Later I
will add database support.
