What exactly is the problem you're experiecing?
Since your site uses frames, plase post either a direct link to the page
in question, or a set of steps to get to the page in question.

Sorry to be unclear that site is not mine, just an example of what I am trying
for. I don't know what a direct link is, but the example I'm talking about is
the "about" page. There are only three pages on that site.
The problem I'm having is that I have my AP scrollable area in the center of
my page and when I open it in explorer it aligns itself all the way to the left
of the screen. But it works fine in Safari (positioned where I want it).
I'm working on getting it online so I can link to it but for now I don't have
a link.
