Sorry - DW/Macromedia never had a Flash menu.

But for the best in menu extensions, go here -

Okay my mistake. Do you remember the menu? It was horizontal and all the sub menus where horizontal too. I'm not sure it was flash or DHTML but I need a DHTML one with the same method.
    Thanks

DW never had a menu that would have been only horizontal. In DW4 the simply
dreadful pop-up menus were introduced and it's taken us until CS3 to have it
'removed'. You wouldn't want to touch those menus with Pablo's finger.

Why do you NEED one with the same method? Other methods are FAR superior.

You may be asking for the old "halo" menu - which uses css absolute positioning
    (layers in DW).

In DW, click file/new/ from the category box select / page designs(css)Halo
    Left Nav

This uses the old Macromedia menu technique.

Ahh - right. The one that relied on the 'onmousemove' event on the body
tag. It was broken right from the start.

Yeah - it doesn't work if you scroll the page....

It's very easy to design a menu that looks like that using good code and
good CSS and good scripts. The user just needs to be willing to roll up his
sleeves a bit. The example I posted last week is done with Pop Menu Magic.
It can also be done with our free CSS Express menu or, if the user is
willing to put up with less-than-stellar code, Spry.
