Did not set up Test Server message

Running on Win2K and installed IIS server and tried developing a web
application. I have defined my site as per instructed, including setting up the
test server locally, via Local Network. Testing connection to database shows no
problem.

But when I want to add a recordset, a get a pop-up window that lists 3 things
I need to do ie Set Up Instructions, of which the 3rd is unticked, which says
set up the site's testing server. But I did that already under Manage site
already? I redo but still encounter the same problem.

Please help! :confused;
