Theoretically, the light version has the bare minimum or required xtras
and the full version contains all/most of Adobe's downloadable xtras.
Unless you are very bandwidth constrained I would recommend always
running the full installer - you are less likely to run across content
that requires an xtra but which the developer neglected to mark as
"Download if needed" prior to publishing.
