Digital Approval PDF
I am creating a digital approval coversheet for my PDFs that I can fill out with form data and then proof editors can then add form data them self and also ad a digital signature... however I will need to put some instructions on the form to help them fill it out.
One thing I will need to tell them is what version of Acrobat they will need to be able to fill our form data, make comments and add a digital signature. Can anybody tell me what version all of these options were implemented in?

Re: Digital Approval PDF
They only need Reader (preferably 8.2.1 or later). HOWEVER, you need to
enable the forms using Acrobat 8 or later. You can only use 500 of the
same forms or
a) you need LiveCycle Reader Extensions: a server based product that is
expensive or
b) they all need Acrobat Standard or better. Here I think you may be
able to go as far back as Acrobat 6. I think that may have supported
Digital signatures.
Just remember you really can only have one signature per document.
