Digital Photography and Photoshop Does and Don'ts
Since I have perhaps caused one of the regular participants to feel that she should not be bringing her query's to the Form I will start this thread for her.But I will not visit the thread myself so she can feel free to exchange questions and compare notes with the other digital enthusiasts
So here is the general query.
In capturing images through the lens of a digital camera such as a Digital SRL what are the variables to be considered and what steps does one take to ensure the maximum result from both the lens and camera sensor.
What are the advantages and pitfalls digital capture and how does one take advantage of both.
Perhaps the Linda would rather state it in her own words, but I promise I will not in either case visit that thread as I have only confused her.
Good luck and enjoy your new camera.

Don't open images directly from the CF card in the camera.
Always copy the image files to your hard drive then open them.
I always burn the images to CD or DVD before working on the files.
