Disable shortcuts with integrated viewer plugin
When I integrate the viewer plugin, I can disable all the user
interface elements such as toolbars, thumb views etc. Is it also
possible to disable all shortcuts so the user cannot get to the zoom,
search and save functions?

I do not know what "ce" refers to, but this sounds like a reset prefs situation - see FAQ if you need instructions.
