Disable warning message
We have an Acrobat database of over 1000 PDF files totalling 310MB.
Acrobat 5.0 searches across this fully indexed database almost instantly.
Acrobat 6.0 will complete searches but takes several minutes.
We would prefer to continue to use the Acrobat 5 search function but the newer files are in Acrobat 6 and give this warning message:
"This document may have been recreated since the index was last built, highlights will not be displayed."
Selecting the option "Highlight anyway" works well. The highlights display properly and Acrobat 5 continues through all the hits until it comes to the next document when it displays the warning message again.
Can we disable the warning message?
The Highlight Server plug-in is hls.api 5.00 15/03/2001
Thank you for your assistance.
